This applies for upgrade agreements
Through our contacts with customers we get a lot of feedback which leads to the development of new functions. By getting an upgrade agreement you will always have the latest version since you have the right to free upgrades throughout the agreement period.
Upgrade agreements for all products run on a yearly basis and are renewed each year. The agreement comes into force as soon as you have signed it and then runs until further notice. Notice of termination should be with our office at least 3 months before the end of the agreement year. The cost of the agreement is charged once a year in advance.
Discounts when you buy a program
If you decide to get some form of agreement, i.e. an upgrade or support agreement, within 30 days after buying a CommSoft program, you will receive an introductory discount for the first year.
